RAI International hereby rejects any general terms of business that the exhibitor may use.

RAI International shall acquire rights of attachment over the objects in storage up to the amount of the costs it has incurred. RAI International shall also be entitled to dispose freely of these objects, after having given written notice of its intention, in order to recoup any outstanding payments. (6) In the event of the attached goods being damaged, destroyed or lost, RAI International liability shall be limited in regard to intent and gross negligence.
