Technical Details :

   1. Participants

• Minimum requirements: Internet Connection and Computer. This will permit you to visit all sections of the event and to participate in, using the chat options.
• We recommend you having a microphone (or headset) and a webcam. This will help you to participate in audio and video discussions. Prepare a photo (jpg). Some users prefer to place a representative photo and use webcam only in private video discussions.

   2. Presenters

• Minimum requirements: Rapid Internet Connection (DSL,ADSL,Optical Cable), Computer and Microphone (or headset). 
• We recommend also having a  webcam. This will help you to participate in audio and video discussions. Prepare a photo (jpg). Some users prefer to place a representative photo and use webcam only in private video discussions.

Our web conference tool is natural, very simple to use with crystal clear audio. Most of the options (like File, Edit, Tools...) you know from other popular programs. It is important to set correctly the audio quality of your equipment. A small program will help you to set rapidly most of the details. 

Presenters and participants are invited to test the connectivity before the event. All presenters will have special time to prepare the presentation.
